Inside the magazine “BusinessWeek” one of the subtitle “innovation” is talk about Google that interviewer Ana Nance has a short interview with CEO Eric Schmidt. In the nose-diving of stock price and the economy is in a slump, the market is dire need of a innovation to get people interested in market. In the different situation, whether the Google make different change to manage the position. Google not only created themselves office cultural, but also built innovation work environment which can excite staff to develop innovation. By the way, Google’s turnover is quite low and he believe the company has confidence let the stuff stay with Google.
Judgments: The CEO Eric Schmidt simply and point to the innovation in the short interview. There is talk about the innovation in the downturn environment and bearish stock market. In his point of view, innovation has nothing to do with downturns, any product has life circle that will sell just as well in a recession as it will in a nonrecession. The middle manager does not eliminate that innovation between employee and mission. If the employee does not deliver the product on time, and send out reproach. But the employee do the work really hard, and give the manager promise will put in the work 80% one’s time. Eric believe that this innovation escape-valve model and every business that has technology as a component essentially. And he say, the Google culture makes sense if you’re in it, and no sense if you’re not in it. I’m interested in the Google culture.

For innovation the Google keep searching the best engineer in the world. I have ever received the e-mail about the Google office environment that there has free food, free drink, comfortable device, free place and free mind.
