Abortion
For my issue I chose to do the topic of abortion. The question I based all of my research and data collection off of was, "To what extent should abortion be legalized?" Currently abortion is legal, but there is much controversy going on in our world today questioning it. I chose this issue because I thought it would be very interesting to do research on and I figured that I should become more educated with a topic that is such a big part of our society today. Before starting this project and doing any research I was very much pro-choice. All of the articles, stories, websites, and surveys returned that I read persuaded my decision greatly.
There were two main players of my issue. The first main player was pro-choice people and the other was pro-life people. A pro-choice person either believes that abortion should be legal under any circumstances or abortion should be legal in very rare circumstances such as rape, incest, or to save the life of the mother.
