Bally Total Fitness Center is a commercial operator of fitness centers across the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, China, and South Korea.   Bally Total Fitness Center has been in business for over 40 years and is still very successful.   They have over 400 centers with more than 4 million members.   The centers offer free personal training services in most of their fitness centers.   Besides workout and training sessions, the company has developed its own nutritional products, such as protein powders, energy drinks, energy bars, and a variety of weigh loss products.   The following will show how the organizational structure, communication, and motivation of its customers have attributed to its success.
