Bead Bar Final Systems Development Project
Bead Bar Final Systems Development Project
The Bead Bar is a rapidly growing company that allows customers to make their own bead jewelry. In 1998, Meredith S. opened the first Bead Bar Studio in New Canaan, Connecticut. Since then, The Bead Bar has grown into three Divisions: Studios, Franchises, and Bead Bar On-Board. The result of this planning phase will produce a Project Plan. This plan will define every aspect of the project, including milestones to monitor the progress of the project, and keep it, as much as possible, on time and on or under budget.
The team will then move on to the planning phase. During this phase the team needs to determine the feasibility of the project. A four type feasibility analysis should be done. The analysis should include technical, economic, operational and schedule reviews. The technical feasibility analysis will determine if there is already technology available to...
