Partnership model theory
- Definition;
The partnership model emphasizes equality. Since the primary organizational concern is not ranking, relationships do not revolve around figuring out who is in control. Rather, the primary organizational principle is linking, bringing people together in mutually beneficial relationships and figuring out how individual responsibilities and contributions blend to produce extraordinary creative results.
- Components or framework
Versatility is a key skill for successful innovation teams. A successful team needs versatility skills by adoption of all members with different characters and knowledge base.
This model contains following components
1. Recognize the dynamics of characteristics, preference and styles.
2. Find the “value” in those opposites.
3. Recognise the limitations of your own characteristics, preference and styles.
4. Be patient and tolerant with differences.
5. Expand yourself to “try on” the opposite characteristics, preferences and styles
6. Continue to practice your own strengths
This model is the application of knowledge and intelligence to develop and implement breakthrough and incremental improvements to improve the performance of team. A team can give a great performance inly if they’re “attuned” and “aligned”. Otherwise the performance will not be good even if the team start and finish the same task together. Alignment means working collaboratively towards the same mission and vision. Atonement means understanding and respecting each person’s individual purpose and values, and developing relationships based on group values. Bath them are required for productive, high performance innovation teams. We can achieve this goal by focusing on following items.

2. Strengthen team values
3. Introduce challenges in an inspiring way
4. Boost enthusiasm and dedication
