U Store It Storage will be the closest located storage unit in the area.   The nearest competition is eighteen miles away from U Store It.   U Store It is located on a two-acre lot in downtown State College.   U Store It is primarily targeting the main campus.   The partners have done a survey on the campus and surrounding area. The results of the survey prove that the community needs and wants a self-storage facility. The plan for advertising is as follow: distributing flyer on the main campus, other forms of advertising will include but not limited to newspaper advertisement and radio commercials on both the campus radio and local radio stations.
U Store It Storage will provide short and long-term storage services in the State College community.   The company owners have extensive experience in the storage business as well as the good connections in the moving business.   U Store It Storage will provide about 40,000 square feet of well-maintained self-storage units that will be offered for both residential and small business renters.
