Every season of year is beautiful and pleasant in its own way. Spring is often viewed a season that brings an infusion of new life and a cycle of rebirth. The beauty of this cycle is that there is no end. There is new life, new beginning and change in this season. In the poem, "spring"(William Carlos Williams), he clearly adopt this attitude. His poem high lights a positive shift from death to life. Spring is also associates with happiness and joy. It has many special events such as Easter, Norooz ( Persian new year), Memorial Day.
As colorful season creates a feeling of wealth and happiness, Easter will complement it with colored eggs and bunnies. Easter is the most amazing season indeed. Since its conception as a holy celebration in second century, it begins forty-six days prior to Easter Sunday on ash Wednesday, the day after Mardi Gras (french word for fat Tuesday), which is fasting time in most Christian countries. At Easter, flowers such as the lily with beautiful colors play a major part in decoration as well as for the spring festival.
Easter bunny is very interesting and one of the oldest symbols of the spring. In Germany, children were told that the Easter bunny would bring them eggs on Easter if they were good. This the origin of our Easter bunny. It is first mentioned in Germany in the 1500's. As with the Easter bunny Easter eggs predates the Christian holiday of Easter.
Eggs are an obvious symbol of rebirth. Eggs were often wrapped in gold leaf or colored brightly by boiling them with the leaves or petals of certain flowers. Today, children hunt colored eggs and place them in Easter basket along with the modern version of real Easter eggs, which are made of plastic or chocolate candy.
