Executive Summary:
The objective of this analysis is to provide a quantitative statistical report on the employee’s overall level of commitment to the company. This report will allow management to compare the overall commitment of the employees who leave with the ones who remain with the company.
Introduction:
The goal of this analysis is to investigate the relationship between the commitment level and leave. It is theorized by numerous researchers that these variables: continuance, affective, and moral commitment may affect an employee’s level of commitment to a company. The total commitment level is measured by the sum of these three variables: CONCOM, AFFCOM, and MORCOM; and is represented by the variable of interest “TOTCOM”. The higher this sum indicates the greater the employee’s commitment level to the company.
