Company Background
In the year October 3, 1980, Mr. Eduardo Lingat started to build his own business, selling of furniture and appliances. However, there were several reasons that led Mr. Lingat to leave his furniture and appliance business. The furniture and appliance business was hard to manage. Conflicts usually occurred with creditors. When a customer could no pay his debt, repossessing was needed. This resulted into a lot of problems, which usually troubled Mr. Lingat.
Because Mr. Lingat was a Pastor, he did a lot of paper works. Because if this, he was a regular customer of an Australian, who provided clear photocopies or powder copies.     When the Australian left, Mr. Lingat realized that since at that time all photocopy machines in Tarlac provided only liquid copies he could venture in that kind of business. By 1985, they bought a Xerox machine with an initial investment of 50 thousand pesos and left their appliance and furniture business. In 1987, they bought a land in M. H Del Pillar, which is still their present location, and in 1988, a building was built.
The market was responding well. When people want good copies, they come to Conacor. Usually customers would ask for certain products, such as blueprints, colored photocopies and suggest that Conacor should have them. So they expanded and bought machines to supply for different architectural and engineering printings and other printing services such as calendars, calling cards etc., which all was first provided by Conacor. Mr. Eduardo Lingat, the owner of Conacor Tarlac Solid Trading, also was often invited by his suppliers to attend exhibits and so he was acquainted with more types of printings such as tarpaulins, pictures in plates and mugs, t-shirt printing etc.
More than ever, Mr. Eduardo Lingat and his family have been more endowed with their company. For 22 years, the company has evolved into providing more printing services because of the good response of the market until now.
