Abstract

Conflict is a universal part of life and a natural part of the everyday work environment.   There are many ways to peacefully resolve conflict.   Parties try to view the issue from other points of view beside the two conflicting ones.   Conflict resolution should be a voluntary process that reflects the school's values if applied throughout the school.   Education is an excellent setting to learn problem solving and conflict resolution strategies.   There are many ways to peacefully resolve conflict.   Education is an excellent setting to learn problem solving and conflict resolution strategies.
