But, as regards the position of site manager, we need a person already having the experience required for this type of responsibilities. We can, for it, move a site manager of one of the other mine to start the mining. For engineers and for administration staff, we need persons having the necessary qualifications because there are positions very important for the good functioning of the company, and to avoid the risks connected to the errors of management, if the employees are not rather successful.

The fact of employing a local staff allows the company to avoid a lot of conflicts as for example, the risk of demonstration, degradation of infrastructures, sabotages.
The company goes, by this way, to develop its fame with the local people (in this particular case aboriginal people), and also see that its reputation will increase with all the people who live in the country.
Finally, the company can benefit from the know-how of the inhabitants concerning the exploitation of the mines.
