- Happy and Biff are thinking about getting their own ranch.
- Willy has a flashback and remembers when Biff played football.
- Willy has another flashback and a woman appears that Willy met in Boston and he bought her stockings
- In a flashback, Bernard comes in and starts to criticize Biff in front of Willy
- Willy reminisces on the fact that he didn’t go to Alaska with Uncle Ben.
- Ben visits Willy and Willy begins showing off his kids.
- Willy is hallucinating and Happy and Biff see this and become worried.
- Biff agrees to stay and get a job
- Biff finds the piece of rubber tubing behind the water heater and takes it.
- Willy realizes that it is the last month of mortgage payment.
- Biff leaves to talk to Bill Oliver and get a lone to open a sporting goods line.
- Howard fires Willy.
- Willy has more flashbacks about Uncle Ben and Biff’s football career.
- Willy goes to Charley’s office and runs into Bernard and they start discussing what went wrong with Biff, and Willy gets defensive.
- Charley gives Willy $50 and finds out he was fired and offers Willy a job.
- Biff and Happy meet at a restaurant and Biff informs Happy about how poorly his meeting went with Bill Oliver.
- Willy meets the boys and start discussing the day. Biff tries to tell Willy what happened but Willy keeps interrupting him.
- Willy then flashes back again, Biff admits that he stole a fountain pen from Bill and then Biff and Happy leave with the women.
