Delagation

Delegation is a technique by which managers used to take on many responsibilities at one time. Managers at times have more than a little more than they choose to have on their plates and in order to get all of their job done then it at times requires them to delegate responsibilities to other people. To me that is a way to train and develop an employee also because it gives the employee more responsibility and give them a chance to prove themselves.
