Abstract
In order for a business to strive to its best potential, the business usually has to start from the bottom of the barrel and work its way up to the top. Without knowledge of effective management and effective management skills, a company would not be able to produce good quality products, good customer satisfaction, and have a financially stability. A manager has to find a balance between efficiency and effectiveness in order for his or her group or organization to succeed and pursue the path of accomplishing the goals set forth. Such person will have to know the effective management skills of planning, organizing, leading and controlling. Effective management skills can be taught, but the particular skills are up to that individuals personality and his or her qualifications, in order to see if that person is suitable and capable of such responsibilities as being a manager of a particular group or organization.

Effective Management
In today’s modern society, many businesses require training sessions or evaluation tests to be taken and completed by future management. Effective management is one of the tougher aspects of the business portion in today’s society. How can a person become more effective at planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, without having too much or too little of an impact on his or her employees’ emotional and mental states. What type of effective management skills should the candidate possess, in order to achieve a managerial position and value and strengthen his or her skills to produce an outcome greater than imagined? Questions like such, can and will only be answered, if the reader’s will find themselves going back to the basics skills of effective management.
