The media makes all of these diets sound so wonderful and easy, but forget to inform you that what you are allowed to eat is close to dirt. On the Atkins diet, you are cut off from all sweets, and anything worth living for. A life without chocolate is a life that you mind as well not be living. The meals they do offer you, you mind as well lick a salt brick and have a side of grass, because they don't fill you up at all. How are you supposed to live off of 20 carbohydrates a day? You're not, that's how. The Slim Fast diet is like liquefied chalk strained into an appetizing looking can, that you must force down at least two a day, in place of a normal, good-looking meal. The South Beach diet is like being in the military, if you're not strict enough and follow the rules; you're cut off, and remain fat and will have to like it. But, people don't.

These quick results are what our society wants, and that is what these diets claim to do, but they don't. This diet is a success, and there are a few side effects that come along with it, as with any diet: headache, ruined stomach, loss of brain
