Introduction
In my investigation, I discovered Global Communications failed to properly communicate with the workers union representatives or include them in the discussions of a new strategic globalization plan which entailed outsourcing call centers to India and Ireland creating loss of employment for current employees, whereby creating additional strain on the professional relationship between Global Communications executives and the union. The shareholders are anguished over diminishing investment returns.
In this paper, I will attempt to analyze the Global Communications scenario and explore the problems and opportunities that exist and offer a more effective solution.
