Once again reviewing the details of the assigned simulation concerning the importance of Coffee Time continuing to explore India's market for coffee, there are some major research concerns our team are noticing. Creating the attraction of customers, the importance of assuring product awareness in India is the main focus of Coffee Time. The product has had good market response and to help continue awareness, Coffee Time has participate in the South Asia shopping festival in Mumbai, India. Reviewing the simulation, the team had an opportunity to compare data from previous festivals to predict the average attendance of the event. The team used the information to decide whether Coffee Time would make enough profits to set up their own stalls or to franchise these two stalls out. The information also may be used in order to give an accurate estimate for the South Asia's market and help to target the daily attendance and how much supplies will be needed throughout the shopping festival. In addition, team A will further explore the multiple regression model and how it relates to Coffee Time predicting weekly revenue more accurately using normal values and lagged values. The difference between the two models will also be explained. Lastly, Team A also has conducted a survey allowing the team to address whether it would be wise to convince management to increase their advertising spending to travel agents.
