Introduction
This paper examines different guidelines involved in the recruitment process of new employees. It further flashes light on pre recruitment process and then during the process.
The discussion includes the suggestions for the preparation of the search and then the evaluation and interview of the candidates. Also, it provides few methods of checking the references.
Recruiting is the most important and the very first step toward making a winning team for a successful company. So before recruiting new employees the HR department of the company needs to go through an extensive research which would be discussed in this paper.
The discussion is about the preparation of the search for new candidates and the HR role in it. Once the application has been received, the discussion moves on to the evaluation of the candidate and the resume. Furthermore, it makes some useful suggestions which can be followed while preparing for the interview.
At last it focuses on the Visa requirements, if the candidate is an international candidate and the ideas on retaining the employees, what are benefits of retaining, what are different strategies to retain them.
I hope this paper would be able to clarify most of the confusions and misconception involved in the process of recruitment, which often lead to the selection of wrong candidates.
