Past Present And Future
ever since that day i went to church i changed my way of life and decided to go back on the right path of life. Ever since Richard left to Boston last August up until Januray of 2008, i felt that i had to or atleast wanted to give something back to God and my family. So deep within my heart i started to be a more caring, generous individual towards others. i.e. giving food to the homeless on the streets, money, love, or simply just getting to know the person so they don't feel lonely and depressed. For those 5 months that was my main concern in life. For some reason, i don't feel the same way as i did late last year. why is that?
On another note i have something else to tell you. I recently got a new job in culver city as a client assistant. i've been working here since april and i love the job. Up until now everything was going good in life, going to school in the mornings, having my brothers car to go to work and school which made my life a lot easier, going out with friends. I felt like i got my life back and was acting like a mature adult. There was one thing that was destroying me though..drinking. On june 11th i got in an accident on the freeway caused my drinking. I drank after i got off work and just like everyone tells themselves.."i'm ok to drive" i was not. 5 minutes when i got on the freeway i started to fall asleep and in one second i flipped my car over . This was the scariest day of my life. luckily i didn't hit anyone i crashed on the emergency lane. When i crawled out of the car all i was thinking was how lucky i am to be alive. i didn't have a scratch on me. The cops and the paramedics came and about 35 minutes later when i was talking to the cops they found out that i was drinking and they booked me for a DUI. my first offense. i didn't stay in jail or anything, my dad and richard came release me.
