What is the first thought that comes to mind when “steroids” are announced to young athletes? Most would reply with phrases such as “they get me Big Fast”, and “They make me strong.” Well they are absolutely right, they do make your muscles big and strong, but there are far more negative side effects that go along with the usage of Anabolic Steroids. Anabolic steroids are harmful substances injected, orally consumed, or applied onto your body to increase the stimulation of muscles. With the consumption of anabolic steroids, many side effects occur. Although anabolic steroids do enhance the stimulation of muscles; they can also produce results of better endurance for athleticism, and help for medical purposes.
As I pondered in the waiting room wondering what was going to happen to me I would have never guessed the solution the doctor was going to say.
