Endings
• Words that end in "o" are generally masculine. Their plural forms end in "i."
• Words that end in "a" are generally feminine. Their plural forms end in "e."
• Words that end in the singular "e" could be m/f. Their plural forms end in "i."
• Words that end in "-one" are feminine.
• Words that end with consonants do not change endings from singular to plural.
• Words that end with accents do not change endings either, also "un cinema."
• Motocicletta-Moto (F), Bicicletta-Bici (F), Aereoplano-Aereo (M), Fotographie-Foto (F), Automobile-Auto (F) do not change gender when they are shortened.
• If the word ends in "-ca" (banca), plural ends "-che" (banche, not bance). If the word ends in "-ga" (targa) plural ends "-ghe" (targhe). Same with "-go" (albergo) plural ends with "-ghi" (alberghi). There are three exceptions: amico-amici, nemico-nemici, greco-grezi.
