What I Know

I know that everything from the tiniest subatomic particle to the most enlightened Spiritual Master is part of the One God manifesting in the Eternal Now.

I know that linear time is nothing more than a tool that God’s creative Spirit uses to navigate through the life cycles of its myriad forms

I know that there is no suffering, no good or evil from the Divine point of view, only the dance of life.

I know that thousands of years ago humanity lost its way in linear time. We developed judgmental ego driven minds that fashioned a story about ourselves as totally separate entities that are born and die.

I know this is the source of all human suffering.

I know that this ancient crazy making story is so imbedded in our subconscious that most of us don’t use our mind; rather our mind uses us. We have no control over the ceaseless chatter of the voice in our head. We are condemned to spending our lives judging ourselves and others. Our mind constantly fluctuates between the remembered past, and the imaged future as we relive painful experiences and moments of joy, or yearn for something, someone or some event to relieve our pain.

I know that the only way to escape this mind prison is to awaken to the truth that we are part of the One God manifesting in the Eternal Now.

I know that forgiving ourselves and others for all the injuries or mistakes we have experienced frees up tremendous energy. As a result concentration and acuity improve, enabling us be to catch glimpses of an awareness within ourselves beyond the voice in our head. This is our Divine Self, and at that moment we are present in the Eternal Now

I know these moments of presence may be brief at first. However, when we are vigilant in observing our mind, the voice in our head looses its power to control us. This creates space for our connection with our Divine Essence to flourish....
