PT description: pt is a forty five year old white male originaly from palmspring ca. pt was admitted to paton state hospital on 03/23/07 for charges of, felony kidnapping,
sexual effense to a minor, use of a deadly weapon, lued act of a child under the age of 14, selling marijuana to a minor. pt axis code is I. The pt kiddnapped a 6 year old
child from Los angeles ca by force with a knife. The pt then brought his victom to his appartment in palmsprings ca where he hand kuffed him to the head. After several
days of torue, mulestation, and mamming of the victim the pt then dropped the victim off at a gray hound bus stop left for dead.
Physical data: the pt is diagnosed with dissasociated identity disorder, cannibus abuse, personality disorder herpies simplex, the pt is said to have seven different
personalities along with blackouts. The pt is currently taking synthroid- 175 mg po qd, calcium carbonate 650mg tid, metrin 400mg tid, docusate sodium 250 mg bid,
klonopin 2mg tid, hydroxyzine 50 mg at hs, zoloft 200mg qid, and vitamins. Pt psychiatric evaluation states that pt is unstable and if pt were alowed to return to society he
would be a threat. pt has no alergies of any kind. pt is on a normal diet of 2500 cal/day.
Psychological Data: pt has been at the hospital for 7 years with no sign of release in sight. pt goes to three different programs throughout the day that are considered
therapudic, movie time, group counciling, and government class. pt has no history of suicidal ideation or attempts. PT has dreams of his crimes and states that he
masterbaits frequently about the crime as well as other pt in the hospital. The pt is on a more maintainance program than a recovery program pt shows no signs of
