Memo To The Congress
An important component of being US Congressman is to become an incumbent in order to complete goals and agenda set forth and promised to constituents. Consistency is mandated to be successful in anything. This memorandum is a summary of research of the 11th district needs, concerns, and accomplishments. Moreover, I will provide strategies and suggestion based on that information to allow us to formulate the best method of accomplishing a victorious reelection. The agenda of the Office should continue to remain loyal to past and present legislation that is proving to be effective, reformulate, reengineer, and void ineffective policies, as well as, create and implement new policies for the changing demographics and current mood of the country.
Currently, the 11th district is predominately white/Caucasian. Although the subsequent represented group is Hispanic. This district is spread across four counties (San Joaquin, Alameda, Contra Costa, and Santa Clara) in Northern California, as known as the Central Valley area. This is a highly urban area with a population of 639,088 with a median income of $61,098 . Past elections in this district show a constituency shift roughly every 20 to 30 years. This congressional district has shown about equal amount dominance in respect to political affiliations over this last century. But the shifts to Democratic concentration lead to your current incumbency.
Thus far, you are the sponsor of 14 bills and the cosponsor of 426 bills for the 110th Congress .
