The Miscellanea Of My New Life In Adelaide
I have been in Adelaide for about 2 weeks. In these two weeks, I have done lots of things about my life and began to learn PEP course in University of Adelaide, and I also have known the culture, climate and convention about Adelaide approximately. In my opinion, Adelaide is an ideal city for me to study.
Comparing with my hometown Shanghai, Adelaide is quieter. The local people are very friendly and they love to help me actively. Furthermore, the weather here is always cloudy in these two weeks. I think it is a comfortable climate for me. The convention here is different with my hometown, such as the driveway direction and the way to give change. I hope to find more difference in Adelaide. It’s so interesting.
I have learnt in University of Adelaide for one week. In this week, I have learnt what the meaning of “reflect”. It means deeply thinking. It’s an important point in studying life. I also learnt the territory of Australia. Uluru and Great Barrier Reef is my hopeful showplace to visit. I walked around the center market with my Korean classmate Jun to finish the homework together. It’s a good way to train my English speaking skill. The center market is very busy. There are many diverse stores in this market, and these shops have different view and style. This phenomenon is attributed to the different national sellers. Adelaide has many strange things for me, and I am engaged to explore.
In conclusion, I am busied with my life and study in Adelaide in these two weeks. I feel happy and rich to enjoy the life in Adelaide, and I have confidence to improve my English skills in PEP course, especially the writing and speaking skills.
