Part II. In my opinion a leader is a brave person who can lead when all is in doubt. This person stays positive through all adversity
and even when the people around this person may doubt them. Having said this the only person that I could elect as the leader of the jury is the
architect. He used his knowledge and the opinions of the other group members to breakdown the case. He read between the lines and used
critical thinking to challenge the evidence that was presented in the case. Only a clever leader such as the architect could slowly but surely convince
eleven other determined men to change their minds about a case in which all evidence seemed to point out that the boy was guilty of a murder. By
presenting fresh ideas to all the members he was able to gain support which made other members have a similiar reasonable doubt. He opened
everyone's minds by walking through the incident and challeging the messenger wervice owner's brain.
The member of the jury that would have made the worst leader would have been the garage owner. His aggressive style
would have not been excepted. All group members look for a certain level of respect and the way that he hollers and screams at other group
members would have automatically knocked him out of the leadership positon. A leader must be trusted and followed. Along with leadership
comes responsibility, a leader is constently under survailence by the people around him, their every move is watched and actions are recorded.
The garage owner also had no true position, I think that he did not care about the outcome of the case, so he conformed to the majority opinion
and he did not examine the insufficient evidence provided. I can't remeber one time in which he provided imformation and details...
