Don Pedro restores Claudio’s happiness.

1.   Beatrice generally hides her true feelings behind a show of aggressive independence. at the beginning of the scene Beatrice slowly lets the guard of her inner feelings escape. She then almost lets the secret out on how close Benedick and her got together.

2.   Hero’s feelings about the marriage of her and Claudio would be quite tense as she was told that she would have to accept it and do nothing of that, just wait for the merry day. But if I was her I would say no and out rule who ever was to tell me to marry Claudio. But because Hero is the daughter of Messina she will do as she is told and not be embarrassed by her father as the whole city would hear about it. I think that her feelings would be quite intense and overjoyed with whelm because I think that she does have feelings for Claudio and she does want to marry him.

Beatrice and the subject of marriage.

1. I think that at this point she isn’t feeling left out she just finds that she would like her husband as well as Hero. I think when she says “Heigh-ho for a husband” she means as if she wants a husband but does not feel any jealously of Hero.

2. I think that Don Pedro is interested in Beatrice but not in a loving way he is interested to find her a man and to get them married. I do not think that Don Pedro would not want to marry Hero.

3. Leonato at this point is more then likely feeling very embarrassed about her niece flirting with Don Pedro the Prince of Aragon. He probably felt it was right to say “Niece, will you look to those things I told you off?”.
