Musical Genius

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is know for being a musical genius throughout the world. He was one of the greatest music composers of his time and still is today. He was one of the great composers from the Classical period (1750-1820) but unfortunately he reached greater fame after his death than when he was alive.
Amadeus Mozart was born in Salzburg, Austria on January 27, 1756. His parents were Leopold Mozart and Anna Maria Perti. His father was a successful composer and violinist and served as assistant concertmaster at the Salzburg court, which we know Mozart inherited his great music skills from his father Leopold. Mozart and his older sister Maria Anna were the only couple's surviving children. Both Mozart and Anna Maria both inherited musical skills. They both started their music education at a very young age.
