My Life
It was the day which wasn't possibly true, I went back to Pakistan after 5 years, 6 months, 3 weeks, 2 days, later, and I was hoping to see the girl I left for that long, and since hadn't talked with. When I was about to enter the lobby from the airport, I closed my eyes in hope she would be the first person I see, but right there as a ritual all the adults meet me and hug and stuff. Which I didn't care about, the best thing about Pakistan was the servants picking up all your luggage, I was scared thinking they might steal my camera or something, but everyone told me they had been in the family long so trust them, I still didn't, but we moved in the car which were small as a mug, but they were nice cars for Pakistan. Afterward we left the airport and were stopped by police for not using the signal, we payed him off with 50 rupees which are like a 1 dollar, they except bribery there mostly because there pay is less than 100 dollars a month, if they are lucky. The economy there is really wacky but still our family lives off pretty well, due to all the land they own. Most shocking thing on the way was that there were donkeys, horses, on the road being used as vehicles. After some time I go to sleep and by the time I wake up we are there at home. I was hoping on seeing her here, but still no sign of her, I almost had tears coming out so I decided to go wash up and get some sleep again hoping on seeing her when I get up the next. When I was about to go to sleep it was early in the morning there about 5-6 am which meant I was gonna be at sleep until around 3-4, I remember making fun of people who came from here, calling them owls, because they slept in the morning. So after a while I decided to not sleep and stay awake for a while. Little did I know everyone was at sleep in the living room, because they had waited in the airport for nearly six hours.
