They should accept help from other countries. Their help need to be quick and effective to affected areas. Response to the natural disaster needs to consider the human consequences over and above narrow political benefit.
The government has to show its responsibilities in order to help the population immediately. Because they control the money, the armed forces which is vital to aid distribution in time of emergency. The government also make laws to ensure a unified strategy to deal with the crisis. However, the government can not always do what’s necessary to help their people.
The government should accept the help from other countries. And everything which is necessary should be sent directly to the area. For example, Burmese people who suffered from Nargis. They couldn’t accept the help because all the things that people around the world really wanted to help them. They donated a lot of money, and a lot of important things to the Burmese but some of the government officials kept those things for their interests. The acceptance of aid from outside the disaster area has practical importance.
At all events the government should give them aid as fast and effect as possible. But in a real situation such helps are hindered by political benefits. Every time when natural disaster happens. Because their victims in the affected area who really need help. Food, medicine, first aid, drinking water, shelters and evens psychiatrists are needs , which depend on how they are suffered from the event. So they must transport all supply to their people. If not the sufferers can not reach the help easily.
