Following economic stagnation between 2000 – 2005, the economy is once again growing particularly in the real estate and construction sector following reforms carried out by present and previous ruling political parties.

The use of Project Finance within the construction sector is a specialised field, with expertise required to guide parties in the form of commercial developers and or investors to make the correct decisions when embarking on construction related projects.
