Introduction
Founded in 1970, United landmark, Inc has spent nearly 40 years providing an extraordinary service experience in printing for short-run association and special-interest publishers. United Landmark, Inc (ULI) serves more than 200 titles with its unique service offering.
Purchased by The Sheridan Group in 1994, ULI moved into a new, custom-designed manufacturing facility in 1997. With new full-width web presses installed, ULI is dedicated to technical print quality excellence. ULI is represented in the marketplace by Shedan Magazine Services (SMS). SMS is the sales and marketing arm of The Shedan Group's magazine side.
Current Culture

From the OCI survey, Achievement was selected as the secondary style (i.e, the cultural norm at ULI). At ULI, high levels of achievement are consistently achieved because ULI values its people and it is these people that carry the success of ULI on their shoulders. These high levels of achievement are accomplished because members are motivated to set challenging but realistic goals and to establish plans to reach these goals.
Some of the behavioral norms expected from employees at ULI include the following;

 Accept responsibilities and ownership of work
 Understand how individual contribution impacts organizational goals and
