Executive Summary


Organizations are made up of people with diverse backgrounds and beliefs. Many times, the religious convictions of the individual conflict with their task at hand. At times, these conflicts can not be reconciled with the employee's core belief system, and thus a problem will arise. Many times the difference can be remedied through a brief explanation from the non-compliant party. Yet at times, the employee may feel that they have been severely wronged and seek justice through the legal system.
A study of Organizational Behavior through Human Resource Management
311 has provided our group with the theoretical foundation and conceptual knowledge which is applied to this research paper. Our study focuses on the behaviors, processes, trends and practices that are currently happening in the business world. People are an organization's most valuable resource, and it is important to understand how to properly utilize and manage that resource.
