Report on The Psalms of Solomon
The Psalms of Solomon are related to the life of Jesus in many ways.
The start of the passage states how the human race is turning away from God. It lists all things wrong with the world at the time that the passage was written. Then the passage goes on to explain how God punished the people for turning away from him. Then the passage moves on to speak of a "lawless one" who we as the reader can only assume that the author is referring to the devil in this particular passage. According to the passage the "lawless one laid waste to our land, so that no one inhabited it" It explained how this stranger to the Israelites had a heart that was "alien to our God" and how he walked about Jerusalem and did what ever he pleased acting like a Godless man . Eventually the people of Jerusalem adopted these practices and fell into a life a sin, So therefore God had to punish......
