Company representation
First we will discuss the company history to give the new employee a brief
history. In this we will cover the philosophy of the company and the
owners, the objectives of this individual branch as well as the other stores
in the chain, and what the code of expected conduct is.
Philosophy
We at PriceMart strive to deliver the highest quality product at the lowest
possible price, so that the same opportunities in life can be enjoyed by all.
While providing such a service as an employee of PriceMart the number
one goal is to send the customer away satisfied with their product and our service.
Company Objectives
As one of seven stores in our chain in this city our objective as an
individual store is to place in the top two in sale and customer satisfaction
every quarter. If this is achieved two out of four quarters the store
becomes eligible for bonuses, if this happens three quarters bonuses will
be automatic. So with this in mind our goal is never less than two quarters
but we aim for four.

Employee Conduct
As an employee you are the face of our company, so everything from
your behavior to your attitude is a reflection on our team. As the point of
contact for our customers it is absolutely nessicary to have a strong store
knowledge, as well as knowledge of current items, sales, and promotions.
