Description of Business:
This business will be in a remote location for businesspeople in the Cummings Center, Beverly, MA.   The objective is to give these busy people a quick and convenient way to tan during their workday.   Our tanning beds will offer eight to fifteen minute tanning which will allow for a speedy visit in the tanning salon.   We will offer a variety of different tan accelerators, tanning safety goggles, moisturizing lotions, and lip glosses.  
Financing:
The initial financing needed is $148,209.   We will acquire $114,995 of this amount through our tanning equipment manufacturer ETS Tans.   An additional $8,000 will be from an interest-free loan given by a venture capitalist and will not possess any ownership of the company.   This loan will paid off over a 3-year period.   We will be requesting a small business loan of $25,214 to be paid over 7-years.  

Executive Summary:
Sensational Tanz is a tanning salon that is designed and located to give its clientele a quick and convenient way to tan during the work day.   There are several different tanning salons throughout the North Shore area however our business is designed to help customers working within the heavily employed Cummings Center buildings.   Our central locating within the Cummings Center will give these customers that option.
