Historical factors that led to the development of sociology in Europe
How the world have changed since the 19th century untill now?, we all try to figure out
the facts of social changes around the world.
Sociology is the scientific study of how the world operates and its influence in our lives.
Since world war II, sociology was revived in Europe and it was employed as a tool by
goverment and business. IN the mid 20th century, Conflic Theory, Functionalism and Marxism
began to recieve more attention.
The theorical perspectives in sociology:
FUNCTIONALISM.
FUnctionalists Believe that behaviour in society is structural and what they wanted
was explore how this structures function. Society is form in parts; like family, goverment, Religion,
industry, media, law and people.

Emile Durkheim-
Augusto Comte, is best known as the first French sociologist who gave the word Sociology
"Social Physics" popularized in the society between the 18th and 19th century.
