Hydration guidelines
In the report it states that the majority of healthy people meet their hydration needs because they let thirst being their guide. This does not mean that this is right because you should not only drink water when you are thirsty because you sweet a lot and lose a lot of fluid in the process. They state that thirst is not enough this is because thirst is not going to tell you how much fluid you need to replace the fluid that you lost. It also says that by the time that the athlete gets thirsty they have had already been somewhat dehydrated and will not replace all of the lost fluid. You should also know your sweet rate so you can be safer. This will help you replace all of the lost fluid during exercise. You can determine your sweet rate by weighting yourself before and after practice and the subtracting the first one minus the second one and converting the result in ounces and drinking it before, during, and after you exercise to replace the fluid lost. You also need to replace your electrolytes and you do this by drinking a sports drink. If you follow each and every one of these steps you should be able to avoid dehydration.hahaha ahav aa a a ha a haha a a a aa hahah a a aa ha a haa a ahahahaha aa a a ah a a hah a aa aha a ah aha aha ah aahaaha a a a ha ha aha aha ha a ah a aha
