Using Axia’s Educational Resources
At Axia’s College, I found out that there can be two different ways to download any file on to my computer and portable device. I tried using both of the resources and it work out for me. Every week, I would download my assignments on to my computer and when I wanted to listen to the audio appendix for certain weeks, I downloaded to my mp4 player so I can have the ability to listen to it on my way to work. I stored all my assignments, I put name for the folder so I can know which folder I saved my work in. I also learned how to download the Microsoft office 2007 to my compute. I did not have powerpoint, so I had to learn to download on my own. Now I have the hang of it and I found it to be very easy and useful for my classes.
Navigating through the University Library was kind of a puzzle at the beginning of the course. Now I have the hang of it and I can browse through the library whenever I need help with my class assignments. If I do not know where to go I can get help from the librarian or look at the library tutorial for more help.
While I was browsing through the library, I had to identify do research about different kinds of topics. There were at least four topics to choose from, and I browse through all four of them so I can get a glance on each of the topics. I had to pick from different databases and type in keywords to identify the topics main purposes.
