Teaching
For many people, teaching is just a job, but for Brenda Parker teaching is the most important thing to her. It is a way to give back to her community and to help the kids out in any why possible. Brenda says "teaching is like a pen to a poet," and says that it's good to express your feelings towards the kids this way. She says that teaching is wonderful and she would not want any other job.
Growing up being the oldest daughter of a lieutenant in the army she moved 12 times, and grew up all over the country. Even since she was little she used communicate with others kids as a outlet. She says that her mother taught her to always remember were you come from and too give back to the community.
As a former basketball standout at University of Florida, Brenda also coaches for Stanton College in Jacksonville, Florida. She says "I love helping kids in need, because I would not have mad it if it was not for the people who cared about me." Brenda started teaching and......
