Intersect Investment has determined that long-range success is based on a change of corporate culture. Unfortunately, the current leadership and employees are prohibiting the change of the corporate culture and barring the advancement towards the new vision statement. If management does not address the issues that are thwarting the culture change, the company will not be able to actualize their stated vision. The items that are currently preventing the company from achieving the corporate vision are the unwillingness of senior level managers’ inability to adapt, and the lack of open communication channels. Intersect Investment can overcome these issues by developing a strategy to assist with senior management acceptances, by providing an appropriate award system, and by establishing a formal line of feedback. This proposal analysis summarizes the opportunities that are available for Intersect Investments to address. This analysis also discusses the ethical dilemmas between stakeholders which include the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President, senior executives, as well as the employees. Additionally, benchmarking is provided to determine the appropriate alternate solutions. An optimal solution is given, along with detailed implementation steps and appropriate evaluation methods. By addressing these issues, Intersect Investments will position their company for a positive long-term growth by changing the culture and goals.
