Why Mba

After graduating from Engineering colleges(2006), I took up a   job at 3i-info tech ltd.3i-info tech is a global information technology company which provides solution to over 500 customers across 50 countries. I was working in IT. IT is sporadic in hours. Sometimes, you hit 60 hr weeks and sometimes less. I went from a trainee position late in 2006 to Software Engineer years later. I continued to do what I could at work to just get by in terms of knowledge at my job .

During my years of job,I started thinking of giving mould   to my career I wanted for myself   The first step I took was honestly analyzing my strengths and weakness which I have developed in course of my 3 yrs of professional experience I realized that i always appreciated a 3-dimensional object more than
scaled single or double dimensional objects. I realized that I was a person inclined to research but still enjoyed visualization and understanding the BIG picture of a task at hand .I would adopt a modular approach in handling the task at hand and drill down and zoom in on every related aspect in the context I was not comfortable starting with something that I came across and complete it the way it is expected to be without thinking on the whys and how' and if's of the subject under focus .Hence I concluded that I needed integrating skills in my personality as well as in the work I do .Being an engineer it was easy to find options where I could get involved in the technical aspects of the project without worrying much about other issues. But this as I just mentioned would not satisfy me .Hence I looked at other options available and came across the concept of MBA .
