As a result of my presentation, an audience of management level corporate employees will be able to effectively communicate the instructions, needs and wants of the top management to lower level employees and effectively bring changes in the organization. The management level corporate employees will become better leaders and will effectively lead, motivate and guide their respective teams towards the achievement of corporate goals.
