Wuthering Heights

Mr. Laurence Oliver gives a passionate portrayal of a dark and troubled Heathcliff in this romantic and lavish film.

In the beginning of the film, the owner of an estate named Wuthering Heights, picks up an orphan by the name of Heathcliff from the streets. He kindly brings the dirty boy into his home and makes him part of his family. This family has two natural children, Elliot and Cathy. Heathcliff is rejected and humiliated by the boy of the family, and on the other hand, Cathy, the daughter of the house, treats him different. She immediately takes kindness to Heathcliff and as they spend time together, she treats him with love and respect as another member of the family.

The father of the house dies,and Elliot becomes the new master of Wuthering Heights. Elliot degrades Heathcliff and treats him as a servant. He is abused and his rights as member are taken away.

As the years passed, Cathy and Heathcliff fall helplessly in love with each other. They have a secret......
